Club BBQ – Social
August 12 @ 18:30 – 22:00
The Committee has decided to hold another Club BBQ this year and the date chosen is Wednesday 12th August, using a similar format to previous years. Here are the main details of the event:
- Free entry for all members & their Partner
- Start time 6.30pm to approx. 10.00pm depending on weather
- BBQ Food served will be Burger’s, Hotdogs, Chicken & Chips
- Drinks will be Beer ( Hobgoblin ), Pimm’s & Canned Soft Drinks
- Please feel free to bring your own drinks & a pudding / Sweet to share with others
Everyone is encouraged to bring their Partner if appropriate because this is not just another Radio Meeting, but a chance to discuss any subject in a relaxed environment.
To help with the funding, we are asking members to donate any item they no longer need to the club on the day. We will then hold a Raffle and the prize winners get to choose from the donations. Afterwards we will auction off the remaining.
