Multiband Off-Centre-Fed Dipole Antenna Design – Les G8AFK

Our February meeting at the Bracknell Methodist Church was a well attended meeting where we were also able to welcome three new members to the Club.

There was a lot of interest in this month’s presentation by Les G8AFK about his self designed Multiband Off-Centre-FedDipole Antenna. Les had first modelled and optimised his design using the EZNEC Antenna Software from W7EL. With the help of his Wife and daughter Les was able to set-up the antenna in his garden and found the performance to be better than expected.
